I was very satisfied with my experience at the BMW centre , the process was very simple and easy for me and my dad to complete. The purchase of the car was very quick and simple only lasting around 2 weeks from start to finish which was great.

More than satisfied. The delivery of the car was beyond what I expected. Sophia truly went above and beyond to make me feel special by gifting me flowers and she even attached a ribbon to the car to make it look as a gift!

Jeff Small kept me fully informed throughout the process . BMW however should not sell cars that they cannot determine the delivery date . It took one year for delivery to be effected .

My sat nav was not activated on delivery and I had to call BMW helpline and then book my car in at dealership to get this activated. For such an expensive car this should not have happened.

Good service however I brought my X5 in for a stuck software update. Looks like there was an update but no additional features were available. Example: Alexa integration and enhanced driver assistance. So not sure what happened there.

I dropped off my car around 8am and received the video report from the servicing team within 2 hours. More importantly, my vehicle was ready for pick up around 1ish

I receive a call to schedule the MOT and service, I get to see the results of the car inspection, any requests are dealt with, and the car looks almost brand new when time to pick up. Everybody is very pleasant and helpful.

quality of service and communication on the day all fine. Issue was availability of appointments - call was made to make a booking in Jan with first available appointment in April - which meant one of the issues to be investigated couldnt be.

It's a very basic experience compare to your rival cars i previously had from MB and Audi. Difficult to get hold of the service dept. Phone at the main desk is being answered and diverted and then cut off, happened on more than 1 occasion.

Updates by toni good. Disappointed when car came back it had white spots of polish over the car,dust inside as if it was left open when worked on and a mark on front winscreen that has just about come off. Battery used (miles 80) were not charged up

BMW have been printing promises of free end-of-warranty checks for some time, but I was told at Grp1 that they stopped doing that in Dec. Then the MOT emmissions machine broke (the main reason for being there); and I had to book an appt elsewhere.

Had to have the car for three days and NO option of curtesy car when told on the 1st day that Group 1 wanted to keep the car overnight and then overnight a second time and then into a third day. Had to rely on a lot of lifts to and from work.

Kelly and the receptionist went out of their way to help me hit the deadline that I had, just, although it was clear that was a challenge given the amount of activity on the site on the day. I had 90 seconds spare before my two hours ran out.

they couldn't arrange a delivery of the vehicle. said they had never done this before. bmw assist didn't know when they could deliver and i had to collect in person occuring costs. plus i got charged for a new rim when the old one is perfectly fine

Booking in and health check comms all good. Car collected but on arriving home the service light advising my brake fluid required changing was still on. I need to go back for it to be dealt - inconvenient and frustrating. Should have been checked

They never check other things thar are not working well. For example the windscreen wiper is not wiping properly. I have brought this to their attention, but they don't care, they're only interested in doing big things that make them a lot of money.

Staff was fine (Pieter). Two days after repairing the issue occurred again and I had to return. Before the issue, the service light said 16000 miles till the brakes needed replacing. Now say 3000 miles despite the brakes only being 10k miles old.
