Poor communication, over 6 weeks to repair my accident damage and I am not satisfied with the repair.
As above - the pickup and delivery plus them voluntarily notifying me of the air filter omission without being prompted.
The customer service is second to none... amazing and couldn't do enough for me!

Mr Mohaned S was my adviser for the day. Mohaned was a great guy and very laid back. He suggested my car needs some extra work done, there were statistical data to support the claim which is nice. Definitely a great asset to BMW

It's just really too complicated to explain, if you are really interested in what's happened you would need to speak to Amy and your mechanics. We bought the car brand new from BMW and it now appears the wheel bolts are welded on!!

The whole process could have been a little more seamless (I'd asked for a very early specific slot as I needed to be somewhere later on in the day) however, the staff did go out of their way to fulfil a couple of requests that I had on the day.
We could have given a 5 but disappointed that we had to chase repeatedly for a time slot.

Waited over 30 minutes to check-in and I had to complain twice to reception as 2 people jumped the supposed queue. Just awful. When collecting the car in Saturday morning, only one service desk open and again, it took nearly 30 minutes to be seen.

I did the service as part of the tlc pack. Just before the service a warning light appeared on the dashboard which I mentioned to them to look into it. When finished I was told that they did the service but to investigate it would cost me £162

The problem was detected, the part ordered and replaced within a day.
Parking is a problem. I had to leave car on a double yellow line until picked up by staff.
Delays in picking up car even thought I had spoken with the representative in charge of the service. When I got to Barons to collect the vehicle I was delayed further resulting in a missed business appointment
The product purchased and install service rcvd was below acceptable standard.
Although things have improved significantly, it is still difficult to try to telephone to book a service and the offer to be called back more often than not, fails to materialise. One needs persistence, patience and time.
Following what occurred I visited Barons to complain, it was explained to me that it was not their fault, I spoke to the service manager Colin who explained what had occurred but the diagnostic testing after the work was undertaken showed negative
It takes ages to get an appointment. Wait time is huge. The diagnosis is wrong and service / repair expensive
Service was done without any problems
Booked over the phone for a service on our motability car. Upon arriving, had to wait very long to drop it off, subsequently very long to collect it. Upon collection they literally battled with me to pay £200 odd for the service and I said many times
They never call you back when they promise. Trying to get through to anyone on the phone is impossible. Everyone is "unavailable". Direct numbers just ring & never answer. I had 2 warranty repairs to do and it has taken over 2 months and counting...
They confirmed that the MOT would be complete by 11.00am and it was.
Always seems difficult to get through to the service department.

Requested that rear wash wipe be looked at, but it wasn't.
On collection after the service has be done, the leather trim was damaged. They where lots of stains on top of the drivers and the back seats. I was waiting another 40min so the staff members has to tried to remove it. unacceptable for BMW brand.

Was OK, was informed extra work was needed on the car (brake pads), which is fine. Only thing I'd say is I would've been happier if I was shown the work (post work tour), to confirm the work was done. Currently don't know if it's made a difference.

It was only that the staff member who was dealing with my case was so good and apologetic that I hadn't scored it a zero. Unfortunately I am tied to the centre as I ave a service plan. After care is very poor - don't expect this with BMW
Appointment times with 4-6 weeks wait is too long, which is why I did not give a completely satisfied answer
Great service throughout
Everything was organise, unfortunately the delivery was held back due to systems failing for BMW finance.
Sales Executive Mr Mark was very co-operative & helpful while section of BMW car model and answered our all queries patiently.

Looked like we rushed into handover, the car wasn't prepared properly even though the centre had our car three weeks prior to the handover date.
We are very pleased with our new car and that's all thanks to the staff at BMW Barons Borehamwood. Reliable and friendly, these are the people to see if you want an amazing car!
